On December 7, 2022, our company's XF boiling dryer and supporting accessories were shipped to Qingdao, Shandong, and arrived at Party A's company smoothly the next day. The XF series boiling dryer can be divided into box dryer and horizontal dryer.


Working principle of XF boiling dryer: Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is heated by the hot air to form a boiling state. Due to the extensive contact between hot air and materials, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, making it possible to dry in a relatively short period of time. If using a continuous type, the material enters from one end of the bed, undergoes boiling drying for tens of seconds to a few minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This device generally operates under negative pressure.


Equipment application: drying operations for pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. For example; Drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid, and other powdered materials. The applicable material particle size is generally 0.1-6mm, with a particle size of 0.5-3mm.


Installation instructions


Each equipment should be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, and all components should be well sealed.


Fans can be placed outdoors or in self built soundproof rooms. The layout can be adjusted according to specific circumstances.
