Project Description
The disc dryer is an efficient conductive continuous drying equipment for the precursor selection of ternary materials. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high mechanical equivalent of heat efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor area, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, good operating environment, etc. It is widely used in drying operations in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing and other industries. Highly praised in various industry usage practices. We currently produce and manufacture three types: atmospheric pressure, sealed, and vacuum. There are four specifications: 1200, 1500, 2200, and 3000, S (carbon steel), B (uniform stainless steel in contact with the material), and C (based on B, steam pipelines are added, the main shaft and bracket are made of stainless steel, and the cylinder and top cover are lined with stainless steel). A series of products with three types of materials and a drying area of 4-180 square meters, totaling hundreds of models, and can provide matching seed player auxiliary equipment to meet the needs of users for drying various materials.
Engineering Principles
The PLG series disc continuous dryer has a rotating arm with rake blades on the first layer of the disc dryer, causing the rake blades to continuously flip the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying disc along an exponential spiral line, and the material on the small drying disc moves to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying disc below. The material on the large drying disc moves inward and falls from the middle into the next layer of the small drying disc, The large and small drying plates are arranged alternately up and down, allowing materials to continuously flow through the entire dryer. The hollow drying plate is filled with heating medium, which enters from one end and exits from the other end. The dried materials fall from the last layer of the drying plate to the bottom layer of the shell, and are then moved by the rake blades to the material outlet for discharge. The evaporated water vapor is discharged through a dehumidification outlet located at the top, the entrained dust is collected by a pulse dust collector, and the exhaust gas is discharged outdoors by a dehumidification fan. The dry material discharged from the bottom can be directly packaged.
