Principle
Under the action of a streamlined guide plate in a clean and enclosed rotating drum, the pistil continuously moves in a complex trajectory. During the movement, the coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the process flow and reasonable process parameters, while hot air is supplied under negative pressure. The hot air is discharged from the bottom of the pistil layer through the pistil, allowing the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the pistil to dry quickly and evenly, forming a strong and smooth surface film.
Characteristic
The control system composed of PLC and HMI is designed reasonably, programmed flexibly, can adapt to various pharmaceutical process needs, works reliably, has stable performance, and meets GMP requirements.
Under the action of a streamlined guide plate mixer, the pistils flip smoothly, exchange frequently, eliminate the phenomenon of pistils falling and colliding from high places, eliminate fragments and edges, and improve the yield of finished products. The upper surface of the guide plate is narrow, avoiding the adhesion of dressings on its surface, saving dressings, and improving drug quality. The constant pressure variable displacement peristaltic pump eliminates the reflux pipe. The turning radius of the roller changes with the pressure change at any time. The output slurry and the spray volume are automatically balanced, which stabilizes the atomization effect, simplifies the spray system, prevents the spray gun from blocking, saves dressing, and is simple to clean without dead corners.
◆ The spray gun specially designed and manufactured for coating has uniform atomization, large spray surface, and the universal adjustable nozzle is not affected by the amount of loading; The clogging and cleaning structure of the spray gun can enable continuous coating, shorten coating time, and save coating dressings.
