Principle
Under the action of a streamlined guide plate in a clean and enclosed rotating drum, the pistil continuously moves in a complex trajectory. During the movement, the coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the process flow and reasonable process parameters, while hot air is supplied under negative pressure. The hot air is discharged from the bottom of the pistil layer through the pistil, allowing the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the pistil to dry quickly and evenly, forming a strong and smooth surface film.

The output slurry and the spray volume are automatically balanced, which stabilizes the atomization effect, simplifies the spray system, prevents the spray gun from blocking, saves dressing, and is simple to clean without dead corners.
