Horizontal boiling dryer, also known as fluidized bed, when clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, the wet material entering from the feeder is heated by the hot air to form a boiling state. Due to the extensive contact between hot air and materials, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, making it possible to dry in a relatively short period of time. If using a continuous type, the material enters from one end of the bed, undergoes boiling and drying for several seconds to minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This device generally operates under negative pressure. It mainly consists of an air filter, a boiling bed host, a cyclone separator, a bag filter, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and an operating platform.

The XF horizontal boiling dryer is widely used for drying operations in pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. For example, drying and dehumidification of raw materials, compressed granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid, and other powdered materials. The applicable material particle size is generally 0.1mm-6m, with a particle size of 0.5mm-3mm.
